Caramelized Onion Butter Chicken Thighs

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
4 chicken thighs
2 Tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 190c.
Coat chicken thighs evenly in oil and evenly apply seasoning to both sides. Transfer to a lined baking pan skin side up.
Allow to marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Place in oven @190c and allow to bake for 30-35 minutes or until an internal temperature of 73c is reached.
