Shipping Policy

We dispatch orders from Ireland within 1–3 business days.

Shipping costs are now simplified:

Within Ireland (Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland): Flat rate of €6.95 per order up to 5kg.
​

To other European countries: We ship via UPS for reliable and tracked delivery.
​
Important Notes:

The flat rate of €6.95 within Ireland applies to most orders (spices, smoke products, gift boxes, etc.) as long as the total weight does not exceed 5kg.

Orders over 5kg will have an additional €6.95 label created
​

All prices include VAT where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods (Christmas, etc.).

Most customer orders easily fit under the 5kg limit for the €6.95 flat rate within Ireland.

Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).

Customs & Duties: Shipments within the EU (and Northern Ireland) usually have no extra import fees for our products.
